Tenant Responsibility
|
Tenant shall notify HR LLC of desire to sublease, advertise and identify subtenant, get roommate approval and coordinate with HR LLC the signing of sublease
As stated in the HR LLC lease, tenant shall pay a $100 per person fee to cover costs incurred by HR LLC or it’s agents.

Tenant ensures that subtenant completes application and faxes it to HR LLC

Tenant completes sublease with approval by HR LLC and signatures by subtenant and HR LLC

Sublease Rental Amount, Security Deposit & Utilities
It is the responsibility of the tenant and subtenant to agree on the terms of the sublease including rent amount, security deposit and utilities with approval from HR LLC.
